本協会は、農薬や化学肥料を使用しない「自然茶」の価値を社会に広く伝えるために設立されました。化学資材に頼らない茶づくりは、土壌や水、生きものといった自然環境を守りながら、安心して楽しめるお茶を育みます。私たちは、その営みを支え、次の世代へと受け継いでいくことを目指します。 The Association was founded to share, with society at large, the value of "natural tea" — tea cultivated without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Growing tea without chemical inputs protects the soil, water, and living things, while producing tea that can be enjoyed with confidence. We exist to support this practice and pass it on to the next generation.L’association a été fondée pour faire connaître au plus grand nombre la valeur du « thé naturel » — un thé cultivé sans pesticides de synthèse ni engrais chimiques. Cultiver le thé sans intrants chimiques protège le sol, l’eau et le vivant, tout en produisant un thé que l’on peut savourer en toute confiance. Nous existons pour soutenir cette pratique et la transmettre à la génération suivante.
茶は、日本の暮らしと風景に深く根ざした文化です。一方で、後継者の減少や環境への負荷といった課題も抱えています。生産者・研究者・消費者が垣根を越えてつながり、学び合うことで、自然茶の輪を国内外へ広げていきたい。その想いから、この協会は生まれました。 Tea is a culture deeply rooted in Japanese daily life and landscape, yet it faces challenges — fewer successors and growing environmental pressure. By connecting producers, researchers, and consumers across boundaries and learning from one another, we hope to widen the circle of natural tea both in Japan and abroad. That hope is why this association exists.Le thé est une culture profondément enracinée dans la vie quotidienne et les paysages du Japon, mais il fait face à des défis : moins de successeurs et une pression environnementale croissante. En reliant producteurs, chercheurs et consommateurs au-delà des frontières et en apprenant les uns des autres, nous souhaitons élargir le cercle du thé naturel au Japon comme à l’étranger. C’est cet espoir qui a donné naissance à cette association.

僕は自然栽培のお茶作りを10年以上、奈良で実践してきました。自然を守りながら、自然と触れて、お茶を育てる。その世界観に魅了されてここまできました。日本にとどまるのではなく、世界に広げられるようにこの協会を設立しました。 I have practiced natural-cultivation tea growing in Nara for more than ten years. Protecting nature, staying close to nature, and growing tea — that way of seeing the world captivated me and has carried me here. I founded this association so that it would not remain only in Japan, but could reach the world. Je pratique la culture naturelle du thé à Nara depuis plus de dix ans. Protéger la nature, rester proche de la nature et faire pousser le thé — cette vision du monde m’a captivé et m’a mené jusqu’ici. J’ai fondé cette association pour qu’elle ne reste pas confinée au Japon, mais puisse s’ouvrir au monde.
自然茶とはWhat is Natural TeaQu’est-ce que le thé naturel
無肥料・無農薬。 No fertilizer. No pesticides. Sans engrais. Sans pesticides.
自然茶は、化学肥料はもちろん有機肥料も含めて、肥料を一切与えません。農薬も使いません。土と茶の木が本来もつ力だけで、時間をかけてゆっくりと育ったお茶です。 Natural tea is grown with no fertilizer whatsoever — not even organic fertilizer — and no pesticides. Only the soil and the tea plant’s own vitality, given time to grow slowly. Le thé naturel est cultivé sans aucun engrais — pas même organique — et sans pesticides. Seuls le sol et la vitalité propre du théier, qui prend le temps de pousser lentement.

肥料も農薬も使わないため、土壌や地下水に負荷をかけません。茶畑そのものが、生きものの豊かな環境になります。With no fertilizer and no pesticides, nothing burdens the soil or groundwater. The tea garden itself becomes a living habitat.Sans engrais ni pesticides, rien ne pèse sur le sol ni sur les nappes. Le jardin de thé devient lui-même un habitat vivant.
そもそも使っていないので、残留を心配する必要がありません。小さなお子さまから海外のお客さままで、そのまま安心して楽しめます。Nothing was ever applied, so there is nothing to worry about — tea that children and guests from abroad can enjoy as it is.Rien n’a jamais été appliqué, donc rien à craindre — un thé que les enfants comme les visiteurs étrangers peuvent savourer tel quel.
